If you are the father of a child blown to bits by an Irish terrorist in a fast food restaurant in North West England, the husband of a wife blasted into eternity by a domestic terrorist in Oklahoma City, a son whose mother was killed by a bomb dropped on them by an American or British warplane in Bagdad or a man who has seen his home and whole family wiped out by Israeli guns, I think you might be a bit p****d off at those who you consider responsible and would want to hit back as best you can.
The above, in no-way, condones the actions of the WTC terrorists nor any of those mentioned above. If you are religious pray to your god for peace, if you are not, actively work for peace. Your voice will help.
