True. But why is it that more often than not, guys who are least suited to the position of becoming an instructor, become instructors!
I know for a lot of the excellent pilots, the training positions are not attractive enough - too much training, disruption to lifestyle, poor remuneration. Airlines need to put ther money where their mouth is to attract these guys.
