I was going to suggest you do some homework, but you're already doing that. My best-guess is to consult you home/original certificate authority, as well as the authority for the one you want - and ASK You are not the first and will not be the last to ask about certificate conversion options. Just as words of caution; 1) Always keep your logbook current in every detail and 2) Never relinquish your original Airman's Certificate. When requesting authority to fly in a foreign region, when granted, this right becomes additional, not a replacement for your original certificate. Copies are fine and usually required, but never part with your original certificates. Best wishes, airman of many certificates...
