Why don't you therefore simply negotiate a wet lease + single crewed hire/charter from a reputable company. Perhaps that's what you were prepared to do from the very beginning? If it's fun you're after then you may well find that many 208 pilots, when away in the bundu and thus from prying eyes, will be prepared to play silly games for $$$.
