For QDM and QDR I go alphabetical, so they end up:

QDM
QDR

QDM is the starting point, aircraft to the station and magnetic.
QDR is the station to the aircraft and magentic.

I visualize:

QDM -------->
QDR <-------

Are you set on QTE, QUJ?
