Well, I expect that with one or two exceptions, CAA in general is not exactly set up to deal with enquiries from the unwashed masses. Hence if I were in your shoes, I would just seek out the right department and go straight to the cheese.
But I guess you could try their
"passenger complaint form" here instead, as they say :
