Here are the current charts taken from the CAA website. I find the new site quite difficult to navigate but all the information is there if you spend enough time trying to find it. You can see for yourself and study at leisure!

Based on past experience with them, I would go to Aeronav and negotiate some one on one time if they'll still do it. Their boss man then was very knowledgeable and had a most direct teaching method which worked.
