dont forget guys that betw now and when eagle stops flying there will still be the usual attrition rate from air nsn, mt cook and the jet fleets in the meantime.
some will maybe end up in jetstar/vanz/jetconnect, some perhaps who arent eligible for airnz jet interviews, some who flag it altogether, etc etc lots of reasons...
word is there are several of the over 65's not doing so well with the 320 conversions.
