And yes, the former AA DC10 chief pilot...those were his exact words...prima donnas.

A very poor record. Absolutely other airlines have problems, but the difficulties that AA demonstrates, show a very basic lack of adequate decision ability on the part of crew at the pointy end.
Fits right in with their 'former' senior management.
