Dear
*Jet
*Asia
*Team,
*
The
* delay
* of
* November
* salary
* payment
* was
* caused
* by
* the
* lack
* of
* payments
* from
* Indian
* Hajj
* and
* permits
* for
* November
* and
* the
* first
* week
* of
* December
* from
* Civil
* Aviation
* Administration
* of
* China.
* We
* plan
* on
* paying
* 50%
* of
* November
* salaries
* next
* week
* and
* the
* remainder
*the
*following
*week.
*
As
*I
*mentioned
*before
*both
*the
*causes
*of
*our
*problems
*were
*unforeseen
*and
*we
*did
* not
*have
*time
*to
*react.
*Now
*that
*it
*has
*been
*a
*month
*we
*have
*had
*time
*to
*maneuver
*and
*have
*a
* solid
*plan
*to
*recover.
*
*
We
*have
*managed
*to
*confirm
*the
*following
*business;
*
• Bangkok-*‐Jakarta-*‐Bangkok
*4
*times
*per
*week
* • Bangkok-*‐
* Jeddah
* –
* Bangkok
* 2
* times
* per
* week
* scheduled
* 1
* time
* per
* week
*
charter
*(Starting
*mid-*‐January)
* • Bangkok
*–
*LHW-*‐
*Bangkok
*1
*time
*per
*week
* • Bangkok
*–
*Tianjin-*‐
*Bangkok
*1
*time
*per
*week
* • Bangkok
*–
*Shenyang-*‐
*Bangkok
*1
*time
*per
*week
*
* • Bangkok-*‐
*Tokyo-*‐
*Bangkok
*4
*times
*per
*week
* • Phuket
*–
*Shenyang-*‐
*Phuket
*2
*times
*per
*week
* • Phuket
*–
*Tianjin-*‐
*Phuket
*1
*time
*per
*week
* • Phuket
*–
*LHW-*‐
*Phuket
*1
*time
*per
*week
* • Continue
*the
*UN
*operation
*between
*Pakistan
*and
*Africa
*
As
*you
*can
*see
*our
*business
*will
*be
*back
*on
*track
*starting
*this
*month.
*In
*fact
*we
*will
* be
*flying
*more
*than
*we
*ever
*did
*before.
*
*
I
* ask
* you
* not
* to
* judge
* our
* company
* or
* where
* we
* are
* heading
* based
* on
* what
* is
* happening
*right
*now
*but
*on
*what
*is
*to
*come.
*
*
We
*are
*now
*flying
*scheduled
*flights
*to
*NRT,
*JED,
*CGK,
*and
*will
*launch
*TSN
*and
*SHE
*in
* January.
*This
*is
*a
*great
*accomplishment
*that
*will
*help
*us
*continue
*to
*remain
*competitive.
*We
*will
* also
*be
*adding
*a
*second
*767-*‐300ER
*to
*our
*fleet
*in
*the
*next
*60
*days.
*
*
I
* know
* and
* understand
* that
* things
* are
* very
* difficult
* without
* timely
* paychecks.
* I
* am
* very
* aware
* of
* how
* important
* it
* is
* for
* all
* of
* us
* that
* things
* go
* back
* to
* normal
* as
* soon
* as
* possible.
* The
*entire
*management
*team
*is
*working
*very
*hard
*to
*stabilize
*things
*as
*soon
*as
*possible.
*I
*expect
* that
*as
*we
*enter
*peak
*season
*in
*late
*December,
*things
*will
*get
*much
*better.
*
*
Please
*hang
*in
*there
*as
*we
*are
*almost
*out
*of
*this
*difficult
*period
*and
*the
*worst
*of
*it
*is
* behind
*us.
*We
*have
*a
*plan
*and
*we
*have
*the
*business,
*now
*we
*just
*need
*to
*execute.

Note the CEO still cannot realize he is the problem. His amazing plea is that the unpaid employees not judge him by his past performance, but that they believe in his hollow promises.
The bottom line is that any pilot who flies for JAA is not a professional. By definition professionals are paid for their work and if you are not paid that is defined as charity or slavery.
Enjoy it boys and keep believing this garbage they are feeding you. I'm sure there are several carriers who would like to use your services for free also. In your spare time perhaps you could stop by the office and take out the garbage and shine Jacob's shoes
