Sadly for Eagle pilots is the fact that they still have to go through recruit to group if they want to transfer to either Nelson or Cook. I know of guys from Eagle who have tried just that and although yes they have successfully completed their training with Eagle, they are failing recruit to group and therefore and not able to transfer across. Yes there are 120 Eagle pilots but they are just that, Eagle pilots. Air NZ link is three separate companies and is viewed as such from within Air NZ. Crazy situation. So I'll keep hanging on to that yes that I've got. I'll take waren9's advice. Patience.
