Sorry to say mate, but you're dreaming. Can't see you getting a start for a very long time if ever. 120 Eagle pilots, all who have successfully completed training, all who know Air NZ. The company will do whatever to retain these guys and not have to pay redundancy to them. That would cost a lot! I second what guys say and head overseas. Put Air NZ behind you and move on. It will be the best thing for you
