Air Nelson has absolutely nothing to worry about, yes they're centralising their basing but there are replacement aircraft in the 50 seat category, of which there was nothing in the 19 seater range. I see the argument that Air NZ would give Cook the ATR 42 once the smash has run it's course but that's redundant in my view, it would be cheaper to let you guys fly it, lower salaries, plus it keeps the pilots separate as Air NZ have been doing successfully for years.
