RE command upgrade....
I'm pretty sure I saw an announcement that it is or will be amended shortly.
As it stands now you would most likely get 787 but possibly 777 and although lots of Boeing time would need 2000 on widebody or 2000 on type. I believe this will change some as I think they recently started advertising for 737 NG guys as DEC on 787
