EASA has now released the Notice of Proposed Amendment for the Acceptable Means of Compliance & Guidance Material applicable to non-complex ATOs as developed by an EASA/industry task force. This is
not the so-called ‘training outside an ATO’ idea which has yet to be fleshed out (if it ever will be....), it is basically a simplification of current RF-to-ATO conversion requirements following the EASA workshop on the topic held in mid-May 2014.
