Are you saying that you have some factual knowledge about this PA31 crash that allows you to reach the same conclusions? If you do, then let's hear it, otherwise maybe 'innocent until proven guilty' would be a good maxim to remember.
If the judge at a trial implied fault in the way your 'perhaps' does in this case, there would likely be a retrial after a mis-trial was declared.
