That time of the year has come....when traditionally people send Christmas greetings to each other.
I know you guys in management read this stuff....so here goes.
Please, this year, when you send your Christmas e-mail, do not mention the words "operations, costs, fuel, delays, waves, professional, efforts" and all the usual rubbish.
Just write the things normal people write on your average Christmas Card.
