I did look at the CAR.But it doest mention the validity of the theory papers,that's where the confusion was.I guess then the theory papers are also valid for 2 1/2 years only,it doest make sense Orals are valid for 2 1/2 years and theory for 5 years.
You still have not read the CAR neither have you read my post...!

From the C.A.R again..

In case, a candidate fails in the first oral examination, he can avail two additional chances to appear in the oral examination within a time period of two years from the date of written examination.

Food For thaught again..

Is there a way to pass the First oral exam attempt and still worry about giving the oral exam again within a stipulated period

Is there a way to pass the written exam and then not attempt the first oral exam
