That map is....interesting. People in Portlaoise, Kilkenny, Waterford and Athlone are going to use Dublin because a) it's less of a drive (maybe equal in the case of Portlaoise with traffic), and b)wider selection of routes and better frequency. I'd even say east Galway and the city are going to be very tempted to use Dublin. Sure I've driven from Shannon to Dublin airport in 2 hours after a night shift. Dublin is within an easy commute of the entire country bar Kerry, West Cork the northwest now
