I think Coke zero has a valid point. I personally think that CX has lost direction. Up until now it has been easy for them to make money. Going forward, they have lost their competitive edge and direction. It does fee like that we are just drifting and not leading the industry.

Their management style is firmly stuck in the 1980's with a Maggie Thatcher negotiating style rather than a negotiation style that is more suited to the current working force!

I do think that top management should start looking at the personalities in charge of FOP and start putting fresh blood in to the key positions to be able to lead us into the future.
