the Canadian Flight Academy
I have no personal experience of
Harv's Air in Manitoba, but it seems like a cheap option. If I wanted to build time in my logbook, that 7ECA sounds like a good way to do it ($86 per hour is hard to beat, and a Citabria is a real airplane).
