Well, my own experience is far, far better than what has been reported here.

A 'lost' bag in 2012 arrived the following day. WJ offered to send it to my home by taxi - or, at my choice, pick it up from the airport myself in return for a travel voucher. A no-brainer as I was going to be driving right past the airport later that day anyway.

In 2013, my new soft-sided wheelie-bag came off the carousel with a gash in the material. Probably not even the airline's fault. The bag was brand new so I mentioned it to their Customer Service rep who was standing nearby. She asked me over to the desk and before I knew it $100 had been credited to my WJ a/c.

Maybe my experiences are not typical of all WJ locations, but in my book the personnel I dealt with deserved 10/10.
