Again, Ryanair doesn't specify any time on type on the website, it just says:..."applicants that are 737 typed"

I also know that it's kinda iffy whether a non JAR rating can be transfered to a JAR license with zero time on type or not. But maybe it can.
What about having a JAR 737 rating, would that do me any good when applying ? I know, one also has the option to apply without a rating and then obtain one through one of their approved TRTO's. Would it be an advantage to obtain the rating first and then to apply ?

By the way, are you guys flying for Ryanair ?
