I read somewhere that in the order of 200-300 will be invited to stage 2. No where near the 1 million quoted, but still not a bad little earner for CTC. Most if not all other industries pay expenses when they invite you to an interview and wouldn't dream of charging you for the experience, but then again, this is aviation
