Doubtless the subscription model makes business sense to them as they know there will be limited improvements in functionality they can add in the future (its only a logbook after all!). It really is a p

I sent a second rather annoyed help request having already sent one prior to realising why iCloud sync wouldn't work. The response I got was fairly terse and stated that they had no way of knowing that Apple would change the way iCloud worked! A very poor excuse, considering they were ready with the new version almost immediately after the new IOS came out.
