EZY has multiple max takeoff weights certified across the fleet. 62, 64, 66 and 68t for the 319. 73.5, 75.5 and 77t for the 320.
All SEN payload issues have been caused by the calculated regulated takeoff weights on the day (wx related). The max certified aircraft takeoff weight has never, to my knowledge, been reached and thus never been a limiting factor.
