AFAIK it will be an interline with EI ex LHR T2. Belfast is also listed. Would be very surprised if they launched both routes. The NOC was largely tour operator so it effectively couldn't fail so moving to SNN wouldn't make much difference as a tour operator is not going to pay more for the same seats to a different airport.
