It's not that anonymous, but the fact that there are snitches in the ranks doesn't help either (that goes for flight deck as well as the cc)
This campaign for better treatment is all well and good, but I think the point being missed is- there is no such thing as unfair dismissal here, anyone who thinks otherwise is seriously living in fantasyland if they think they can take on the 'system' here and win... we are not living in the UK or US or Australia or Europe...
You all have interest in a good company's profit, so nobody can treat suggestions as a threat if they are smart. And they have to be smart if they want their company to last.
No offence, Dragana, but you of all people should know that is not how it is here... until the idea comes from inside the bouncy castle, it will not happen.
