A320 ENG STALL
I'm an engineer looking at the A320 ENG 1(2) STALL Procedure in the Airbus QRH for an older msn with CFM 56 engines and I'm trying to understand the concept of IDLE in the context of the associated ECAM caution - ENG 1(2) STALL - When do you get the ECAM and when do you not
The very first line in the ENG 1(2) STALL procedure states
"This warning is triggered for an N2 between 50 % and IDLE."
The procedure then requires a engine shutdown
Question 1 - Is the IDLE referred to there FLT IDLE or GND IDLE?
Further along in the procedure the QRH states
"If the N2 is above IDLE, this warning is not displayed on the ECAM."
Question 2 - Same as Q1 - Is the IDLE referred to there FLT IDLE or GND IDLE?
