There is a difference between complaints and suggestions. If you criticize something, it doesn't mean that the person to whom you're complaining to will automatically know HOW to change it. Some people are not capable to understand complaints, some are not skilled enough, some are not imaginative enough (especially in EK). Suggestions in the form of "you
should do that and that
because of that and that and it
will result in that and that" (not "we want that and that") may show some results.
It's easy to register a new account and hide its IP if you're worried about your identity being exposed (and I don't blame you, EK is well known for firing people for writings on the internet).
You can, also, send me suggestions and I will publish them.
Employees of one company are all there to make the company running successfully not to ruin it. You all have interest in a good company's profit, so nobody can treat suggestions as a threat if they are smart. And they have to be smart if they want their company to last.
