A type rating with no hours is worthless unfortunately.
I would suggest doing your ATPL's which you are already doing. Once they are done, I would hour build, FAA IR, and do the EASA CPL preferably in the states, due to the fact it will be a bit cheaper and most importantly the weather is a lot more predictable.

I would then convert the the FAA IR to EASA via a UK school or even at Aerodynamics in Malaga.

I have never heard of Command training school so i can't vouch for them but the only schools i know of that get you a job after training is either OAA or CTC.

Again, I think the questions that need to be answered are what are the jobs prospects are like with the partnered company? What does suitable candidate mean? etc.
