Almon,
Looking at the course and how its structured, its pretty much back and fourth to the states. There is a much more optimum way of doing it.
USA Portion
FAA PPL (3-6 weeks)
EASA ATPL (3-6months)
FAA IR and Hour building (3-6 weeks)
EASA MECPL (3-6 weeks)
FAA MECPL (1-3 weeks)
UK
FAA IR Conversion (3-6 weeks)
MCC/JOC (5days)
.........
During your EASA ATPL's you can do a bit of hour building but from experience you will not have time.
The question you should be asking the ATO is how many students have been offered a job after training. What criteria must be met to be suitable for an interview etc. An interview means nothing.
Feel free to PM me.
PS im a GLA resident.
