There are a multitude of factors contributing to the event. The last minute transfer of control was caused by or related to the perceptions and actions preceding. The overall role of each of those perceptions and actions will be the subject of much analysis. I deliberately used permissive and non-conclusive language in my above post in recognition of the fact that this process is continuing. Or should everyone including the NTSB just accept the crowd consensus that she was a bad Captain and be done with it? [/sarcasm]
