You are right, there's lots of info to fill out! A couple of things though, first where the references are required to have known the person for 5 years or more is less than ideal.
Also, do we have to book an Ishihara colour blindness test in such short notice before next week? I got a Class 1 Medical but it has expired by now from about 4 yrs ago. Wonder would they accept that?
