I have been looking into a bit of prep online as most of you are surely doing as I text
Anyway, it says there's 3 types of psychometric assessment:
Ability (Already completed via Maths / Physics / Verbal aptitude tests),
Learning (Already completed via aptitude tests such as joystick etc) and
Personality (not yet completed).
So just
Personality left it looks like. From what I have read, it commonly is an un-timed personality questionnaire to assess work habits and general behaviors.
However, I presume there is a psychometric interview also?? If so, has anybody an idea of what is involved or what a person should expect? Can we prepare for this?
