Can't agree with you more, fantastic to see your missing brothers/sisters back... BUUUUUUUT... you and many others on this thread have mentioned OT. Guys/girls, look outside the box.... the company have you screwed by working OT, and, by my way of thinking, you have screwed yourselves by DEPENDING on OT.
