Very bumpy approach into Stanstead one evening on a Ryanair. Given all the jolting about on final, pilot absolutely feathered it onto the runway. The group I was with were all impressed, and couldn't help a polite little "golf clap". Half expecting the driver to run from the cockpit for a Victory Lap up and down the plane, with high 5's all round. And he would have deserved it!
