Yes, the pilots' professionalism HAS positively impacted the Company's bottom line. Well done Sherlock. And this professionalism is borne of a workforce's goodwill. Goodwill is something your duplicity is fast eroding.
Finally, if pilots sticking to the LETTER of their Company issued contract is inconvenient to our passengers, then perhaps you should have created a better contract.
