To get the discount, you have to pay in advance... How do they work that out? If you park outside on the grass, it's over $900 a month. You can sometimes get better hangar deals, then you only pay when you move out of the hangar? This is a meaningless and insulting gesture to reasonable aircraft owners and they should be ashamed of them selves.
