The reason I opted not to choose Tiger is because of their shallow service recovery ability. I don't want a small airline's problem to become my problem, which is precisely why none of my friends will ever again buy a chance on TT. That should be simple enough to grasp.
Service recovery is now improving immensely, however in terms of available aircraft that is still a problem. TT has the ability to FIM to VA now which does save a lot of headaches.
