Hey GT
Yaaar the Pilatus Porter flew in, Pilot misjudged the tail-cross-wind & crashed into the lower Helipad at VNLK where she sadly remains today, a near brand new airframe being misused as a lean-to

Hey RW
Don't know much, so can't say much I have spoken with the concerned Pilot & there are NO injuries as wrongly reported. It was an emergency forced-landing (read elected Auto) due rapidly increasing vibrations & erratic heading changes from the Tail-Rotor which rapidly became frighteningly high........fearing an in-flight airframe failure; the Pilot elected to land in not the best spot causing a TR blade strike during the landing sequence the cause of the excessive vibration has as yet not been revealed?
