If you look at Norwegian's investor relations page you will find the 3rd quarter results and presentation, in essence it states that 2015 will be a year of consolidation with projected growth of seats around 5% this compares with 40%+ in recent years.

Whilst there are new airframes coming these are replacing the 300's and 3 early 800's plus the final 787 from the 1st long haul order.

There is of course training on going, but nothing like the previous scale, the figures i've heard are half a dozen conversion courses i.e. type rates and two non type rated courses, each course will normally have around 8 -10 on each, so if your non type rated your looking at 20 starters.

If you don't make this cut, then be patient 2016 will be a very different situation in terms of recruitment

Good luck to all.
