As clipstone said all the 787 will be able to be flown by any airline in group, by summer 15 they will all have identical seating plans (currently the only interior difference) & operate to one OMA/OMB under EASA regs which come into force on 28/10/14, therefore a/c can move around to cover for any delays etc at very short notice without a need for local crews to operate.
