Believe it or not you are not automatically entitled to an interview. I've been informed that there has been over 4000 applications for the non type rated 737 positions. Also if you factor in all the applications from rated people, then I'm sure you will understand that the recruitment team has a very high work load at the moment.
Your comment about the head of recruitment is juvenile and very unfair at best.
