on mine it's now called location I think. When you pull down the screen the quick settings are shown, then at the very top are 2 symbols a cog/sprocket symbol which takes you to settings, next to that is a qsuare symbol made up of 4 parts 3 little squares and in the bottom right corner 2 arrows, which when touched displays all the things that can be shown on the quick settings bar.
Mine once selected show green or grey when not, if you have more selected than it can show you just swipe it right to left to show the others in the settings bar.
