Trossie gives the answer. My wallett , passport and cell phone are stored so as to be grabbed with ease. Once established in the cruise, I might put them in my hand case.
This topic has been much debated in the PAX forum and it is accepted that if pax arrive at thet top of the slide with a bag, the best is to just get them out.
