Well guys, I'm very sorry for you, because a little over 18 months ago, I had a very different and positive experience joining NAS.
My worry now is that we are following the Ryanair method of expanding the company, without the operational support. This only leads to angry frustrated office bods, and poor support for the front line workers. Since we will soon be an Irish company, with certain ex FR personnel, this will possibly exacerbate the situation.
I hope I'm proved wrong.
