Regarding all of us pilots, I have to say smth, it is also our fault that this business is a **** business and we get peanuts for flying!! You know why? very simple....because people will and have been known to DO ANYTHING to fly , literally speaking fly for free!! and that is exactly what all these smallass companies take advantage of!! low time pilots with NO experience who are willing to work for FREE for the next 3 -4 years!!! Try living anywhere in Europe with 2,000 Euros per month!!! deduct 500 for rent which of course they dont provide, and good luck if you wanna go home on you OFF days!! then you will have to drive 2-3 hrs to the nearest major airport and pay maybe 400-500 euros for your ticket home!! that leaves you with less than 1000 Euros to survive for a month!!! GOOD LUCK with that!!! its a ****ty company and a ****ty situation overall now in Europe and they take advantage of that!!! For all the experienced pilots with A320 hours , guys dont waste your time,they are only looking to hire zero hrs on the 320 and without TR, so they will dry them out like lemons over the next 3 years with literally zero pay!!!!
