always possible, this fellow seems to understand his systems and is simply filling a few gaps in his knowledge. In some cases it is as simple and spelling out some of the acronyms at least once. (Yes, they often drive seniors nuts as well! Beyond the airline industry, the worst acronym offenders are government in general and military in specific. I once had a military boss who hated them. he had a HUGE, [2" x 4"] rubber stamp [red] reading, "UNA." Any fool staffer who did not quickly learn that "UNA" represented "Use No Acronyms," did not stay with us for long.) This kid is learning his systems.
