As regards the €25,000.
When you sign the training contract, YOU are responsible for paying 5 instalments of €5000 (€25000) to FTE and NOT aer Lingus.
For the first 3 years you will be paid a cadet salary, after which you will be on the same money as if you were a FO for 3 years.
